St. Joseph Cemetery
"I am the Resurrection and the life; whoever believes in me, even if he dies, will live."
John 11:25
With St. Joseph Cemetery, we honor those who have died and provide a place for families to visit, remember, and pray. Our care for the cemetery reflects our Catholic faith and hope in the Resurrection.

The Catholic Church permits cremation, provided it is not chosen as a rejection of belief in the resurrection of the body. The Church prefers burial of the body and encourages families choosing cremation to have the body present for the Funeral Mass before cremation takes place.
Cremated remains must be treated with the same dignity and respect as the body. They should be laid to rest in a cemetery or another sacred place, rather than scattered, kept at home, or placed in jewelry or other keepsakes.
-
Please contact the parish office to ask about eligibility for burial and plot purchases, including arrangements for family members. The parish can explain the policies that apply to your situation.
-
Use the form above and choose “Cemetery care or maintenance.” Include the section or plot location, if known, and a brief description of your concern so it can be directed to the appropriate person.
